To celebrate this long-awaited, hard-won milestone, we're holding a special Easter Egg hunt. The first person to find the special 1000th Paper Crane fortune in the random cookies will win an item of their choice from our store! Every cookie you open has a 1/1000 chance of winning. Do you have the patience to sit through 1000 cookie-throwing madness? Huh? DO YOU?!

No, this website and this cartoon series have not been abandoned. Time and financial constraints have forced me to go on hiatus for a while, until I can afford a new computer system. In the meantime, the Fortune Cookie is still updating daily, and quickly approaching 1000 fortunes!

While we're waiting on the computer, we've been spending some time brainstorming and scripting. The stories to come will be very, very awesome. For those few or one of you who are still with us, thank you for sticking around!
